Why is my Ford F-150 making a grinding noise when I Shift?

Thanks Ford. Ford replaced the transfer case under warranty and had the truck for a month. 4×4 now works correctly but the truck runs terribly and with a constant whine coming from the rear end and the engine lugging as if I’m pulling a trailer. It will not shift correctly and it has taken 4 days for them to work me in to bring it back.

Can you really hear the transfer case grinding noise?

In the first video, you can really hear it start as soon as I put it in gear (@ 5sec), and then I rev up the engine and let off and can really hear it (@ 30sec) – this is how it sounds running down the highway about 50-60mph. I put it into 4WD (@ 1min) just to verify it’s not just doing it in 2WD and it’s doing it in 4WD as well.
