Click to expand… then just removed the bumper, and sand it all with like 600 grit or 1000 grit and re clear it. and reinstall the bumper and wait about a week and wash the car and compound the bummper to blend to the cars shine. I had someone else look at the rear bumper, and its a good thing I did!
