How do you turn on the windshield wiper fluid on a Subaru Outback?
Subaru Outback: Rear wiper To turn the rear wiper on, turn the knob on the end of the wiper control lever upward to the “INT” or “ON” position. To turn the wiper off, return the knob on the end of the lever to the “OFF” position.
Is the windshield washer fluid on my Subaru Outback working?
I bought a 1998 Outback wagon last month in North Carolina, just before I moved to Maine. “Everything works”, said the owner… except for the windshield fluid, apparently. Nothing from the front, nothing from the rear.

GOOD AFTERNOON. I have a 97 Subaru Legacy. with 90,000 miles and I am having issues with the rear wipers not spraying. The motor does engage and the wipers themselves work.

Have a 1996 Outback. wipers working front and back BUT no fluid coming out. Checked that there was fluid, checked fuse and all ok. Have been told could be the motor. Where do I look and how to check. Thanks for any advice. Meh. I has wagons.
Where is the mist function on a Subaru Outback?
The mist function shows a diagram that ‘looks’ like it should be the washers, but in fact just moves the wipers for mist. This is on the little flap on the top. However, the actual washers function when pressing the button on the end of the stalk.
Why does my Subaru Outback windshield washer not work?
Both easily had washer fluid pour out just from gravity so not plugged. One pump read 0 in continuity the other read between 5-3 ohms but neither pump works. Just by mouth the hoses to the front window are able to pass fluid. Was not able to force fluid through the hose by mouth to the read window.
