Where is the star plug on a Subaru Forester?
Our 2021 Forester has a star plug on the bottom of the CVT transmission pan. Is it an overfill port? The only videos I can find on filling with CVT fluid are on previous models, and none mention a port on the pan – other than the drain (which I mistook for the oil plug:confused:)

2006 Subaru LL Bean has shutter when shifting gears under low/light acceleration. Goes away at higher speeds or higher RPMs than 2200. shuttering when going into 2nd gear. i thought is was right side axle had it change twice not the issue still shuttering.
