How do I install a CD player on a Subaru Forester?
Plug the stereo wiring leads into the wiring harness adapter and the wiring harness adapter lead connectors into the rear panel of the new CD player. Plug the antenna cable into the FM antenna input on the lower-right corner of the CD player’s rear panel. Slide the CD player into the installation kit adapter.
What to do if your Subaru CD player stops working?
Clutch down the eject button of your Subaru Impreza CD player for 2 or 3 minutes. The eject button may flash depending on your model. Fixing your Subaru CD player shouldn’t be much of an issue. You should be able to open your car CD player and fix it if it develops an electronic fault.
Is the CD changer on my Subaru Forester jammed?
I have a 2006 Forester and the CD Changer is jammed, will not respond to eject or play, and does not work. Dealership says too bad – 60k Plus mileage no more warranty – replacement over $300 – any suggestions?:icon_razz::icon_razz::icon_razz::evilatyou: First welcome to the forum!!
Why is my CD player stuck in my Forester?
I’m brand new here, don’t have a Forester myself, but have been wrestling with friend’s 2007 Forester and the 2 CDs that were stuck in the changer. Ended up pulling the unit and manually extracting both CD’s, which were TRULY jammed in it, and it wouldn’t play or accept anything after that was done.
