Where is the FM antenna on a Saab 9-5?
The FM antenna is located in the rear left side window and its antenna amplifier in the roof above the rear left side window. The antenna system can be upgraded to antenna system 2 on markets where antenna system 1 is fitted as standard.
Why does my Saab not have rear bumper parking assist?
I really like the rear bumper parking assist feature on my Saab, but mine developed an issue, my SID was telling me, “Parking Assist Failure” with a warning tone. The general consensus when you ask about the rear sensors is that you must have a bad connection in the wiring harness attaching the sensors. That was not my case.
Where is the band button on a Saab audio system?
Press and hold the BAND button at the same time as you switch on the Audio System. After START VOL appears, release the BAND button. Select ON or OFF using the VOL control. Wait 10 seconds or press one of the buttons on the bottom row of the Audio System, e.g. RADIO or BAND, to save the new default setting.
Where did I get the parking sensor for my Saab 9-5?
Since the sensors are somewhat generic, I found a used sensor on EBAY from a seller from China, the used sensor had come off of a Nissan, $20. These photos are from my experience with my ’03 9-5 Wagon.
