Yesterday on the way home, my interior lights overhead and in the rear came on while driving. I pulled over and tried to get them off, but not successful. I went home, and Even when the vehicle is shut down it took about 10 minutes for them to cut off.

Why does my dome light keep going on?
Sounds like your left door switch is defective, which is incorrectly sensing that the door is open….which is why your dome light is going on. Thanks for the reply…..I will check into that. Whatever this is that’s causing it is driving me crazy.
Why do my interior lights stay on when I’m driving?
If the BCM is fried, the lights will typically come on and remain on, whether you’re driving or the car is parked. The BCM is often fried due to a short between the rear dome light and an air temperature sensor towards the back of the passenger area.
