When does anti pollution fault on Peugeot 307 come out?
I own a 207sw (2009) 1.6 diesel and when I go uphill at more than 2000rpm the anti pollution fault comes out. This happened already 2 times and the only way to remove the fault is to drive in 2nd or in 3rd gear in 3000rpm range for about 5 minutes. The error will disappear as soon as you start again.

Seems this is actually caused by the differential pressure sensor being faulty. A common fault by all accounts. I got one from Peugeot at around �40 inc VAT. Fitted it.

Didn’t think much of it and have continued driving it around for the month but the message appears every time i turn the ignition on.

Hi, cars back from garage and after being put on the diagnostics its showing a fault with the front near side ABS Sensor (which is where the grinding noise is coming from), they removed it and cleaned it up to see if this will fix it but it hasn’t, so monday im going back and going to get them to order a new part and replace it.

Cleaned the rust , put a washer under the sensor so it san within a hairs distance from the wheel and the fault went. The clean diesel filter degenerated to anti pollution and limp mode!!! I checked the hoses at the pressure sensor end and all were clear. I ruled our the sensor as it was new 6 months ago but bought one as a just in case .

Peugeot dealer wants to plug it into the diagnostic computer (£60+VAT just to do this). Cheers! Apparently the message isn’t Anti Pulltion Filter, it’s Anti Pollution Faulty. It needs an Italian Tuneup. The DPF is blocked. Possibly the DPF (particulate filter) either blocked or collapsed? Possibly looking at a substantial bill.
