The fuel filter is in front of the rear axle mounted to the underside of the body. Look above the rear driveshaft. Don’t bother trying to unscrew the filter bracket. Just disconnect the hoses and slide the filter out of the side.

You have to turn off the traction control. It’s a button on the left side of the steer wheel (where the liftgate button is located on the dash). Once you turn that off you will see a warning light on your dash telling you its off then you can spin tires all day long without the truck killing the power.
