Thank you for the help. Yes. Yes, that’s just how GPS thieves like them. 🙄 My primary concern is the possibility of overcharging the battery. I don’t intend to leave it in the car unless I’m in the car. Perhaps it depends on the vehicle.

I was just at Office Depot, and they showed me an A/C charger that came in two packages, one that goes into the wall outlet and one that plugs into the unit. They were about $25 each. What brand/type, etc., A/C chargers do you recommend? There was a USB cable that came with your new Nuvi.
