According to their info the dash\instrument panel wiring color codes for the speakers are as follows. I list them by RPO codes. UQ3-UQ5-UQG – The dash speaker wire colors wire the same as for their appropriate door. If not, you can simply hook up the wires such that you match the colors on both sides, then test. Usually at least one speaker wire color will match. Ok, found that nico thread. Not as good as i thought i’ll be.
How can I tell if my speakers are POS or neg?
In the pdf titled “AV”. I’d do it by sound or pin them out with a voltmeter. Unless you can see any marking on the factory speaker indicating which side of the connector is pos/neg. You can just check the other door wires should be the same.
