Is there a neutral switch on a Honda ATV?
Turn key on, no indicator lights such as the green neutral, no headlights. All worked last fall when put away for the winter. Can jump the starter from the solenoid. All fuses are fine. Schematic shows a ‘main fuse’, but can’t find it if there is one. Schematic also shows a ‘neutral switch’ which I also can’t find. Help!

How does a relay work on an ATV?
As far as the relay goes, you can control the connection of power to a device by tripping a relay. The main power for the device runs from the power hub to the relay and then to the device. Then a smaller wire is run to the switch to add power to the relay on command. This closes a set of contactors, thus powering the accessory.
What should the voltage be on an ATV battery to start it?
The battery should read 12,6 – 12,8V. Use a multimeter or a voltmeter to check the voltage. If the voltage drops too low, the battery won’t have enough charge to start the bike. Charge the battery or replace it if it’s dead.
