Why is my hydraulic clutch not working on my motorcycle?
No luck. I’m getting fluid out of the bleeder, but I have no resistance on the lever and the clutch doesn’t function. If I unhook the line from the master cylinder and put my finger on the end, the clutch builds up pressure and will spray the fluid everywhere.
What happens if the hole in the clutch is blocked?
If the hole (s) are blocked, you will not get much pressure. You wouldn’t get a free flow of fluid through the bleeder, either, but a vacuum pump would still get some. You’ve clearly still got a lot of air in the system.
How do you get bubbles out of a clutch?
Squeezing the clutch and letting it go should get you a few bubbles out that tiny hole, keep doing this.
