Why is the spark plug on my KLF 300 not working?
No spark.This is indication of faulty spark plugs.But spark plugs get power to spark from coil pack.

Can a direct ignition coil cause a spark?
The direct ignition coil tests ok for resistance to the manual spec so i think that can be ruled out and the meter is showing that voltage is getting upto that point but not evey time i kick.

If this is set too low the motor will run lean. If it’s too high, gas will overflow. Remember to inspect each jet with a magnifying glass and bright light.

It has no spark. Iv tried the obvious…charged battery, new plug, checked for obvious broken wires or shorts. It came with a spare CDI box and I tried it…no luck.
