to check the code, put ranger in neutral, put foot on brake and turn key on and off 3 times, the third time leave key in on position. The odometer will read codes.

Took battery out of motorcycle didn’t fit properly so just to see if it would start hooked it up anyway due to bad light and bad eyes hooked it up backwards ( real dumb ass move ) turned on IGN switch fan cam on running backwards I would guess shut it off when I noticed my blunder.
