I’ve rebuilt a 2005 Sportsman 800 from the ground up and these a-arms were the icing on the cake. It works very well with the 2†lift and 29.5†outlaws! Thanks High Lifter! Changed my stock a arms out with these and loved them they were easy to changed and look great.

Eventually tie rod ends, axle CV joints, suspension bushings, starter (bendix gears usually), AWD hubs and clutches just plain wear out, or fail and simply need repair or replacement. Along with most every other brand of quad out there… even Honda’s. Maintenance and/or Preventative Maintenance is key to maintaining anything!!
Why did my sportsman 500 arm come back out?
Granted this is with over 3000 miles on each of them. Make sure you keep and eye on them and that they are tight. If the a arm bolts back out its usually because some grease worked its way into the threads. Apply a good layer of locktight if you take it apart and clean them.
