I already checkt the solenoid valves. But in neutral there is no oil (pressure) at the first, second and third clutch. Are the clutches inside a bit sticky maybe?

If it’s not the shifter out of adjustment your going to have to check the shift fork. It might be bent or broken. I can’t tell you exactly what’s wrong with it without taking it apart and doing some investigating. X2 on what Mac said. Your problem is at the back of the engine.
