So, if you want to add accessories, you need to either wire them directly to the battery, or create a fuse box. Of course for the fuse box to work right and to prevent your accessories from killing the fairly small battery on the 1200GS, you need to hook the fuse box up to a relay. First, we need to get a switched power source from the BMW R1200GS LC. The BMW R1200GS LC on-board fuse. One of these will supply power to the relay. Tap the RED/BLUE wire for a switched 12V source. That powers the 7.5A fuse. Carefully splice the RED/BLUE wire. Then tap a signal wire to the spliced wire.
