Are there any issues with the Polaris Dragon 800?
Like several Polaris products before it, the 08-10 800 motor has several potential issues. But I agree… throwing top ends on a failed motor and hoping it is fixed without searching out the root cause is the definition of insanity. Not being able to hold a stock motor in the midrange would be just plain stupid.
How many hours on a Polaris Ranger 800?
Ok I have had the fan blade problem and had the updated gears installed for the reverse and now this problem… 2010 Polaris Ranger 800 XP “60 HOURS ON IT”. For how much this thing was it should hold up way better then this.
What causes popping and hesitating on Polaris Pro riders?
That kind of popping/backfiring. You know how if it’s advanced too far it starts real hard and rough but will rev to the moon, but if it’s retarded too much, it starts super fine but sputters and bucks and spits and kicks. Would a sheered woodruff key put off symptoms like this?
Why is my 2010 Ranger 800 stalling and stalling?
Got it going and rode around a little bit roughly a hour and the whole time just lacking power not idling well. Then it started dieing on me before I went to load it on the trailer. Has good fuel no water in the tank.
