Why does my Suzuki mini truck not start?
Its a 94 suzuki carry DD51t with axle lock diff lock and hi low t case……… Not sure if you know this but when you first turn the key the factory fuel pump clicks a couple of times to make pressure then stops when the fuel system is pressurized. It won’t sit there and run with the engine not running.

As Wingnut said, if it stays running if you throttle up as soon as it starts, that is likely the cause. I had the exact same thing happen last summer while we were on vacation. I’m not very mechanical so I had to have the shop fix it. Couple hundred total including part and labor.

Hey guys I just bought (not sure of year suzuki quadrunner lt 160) and I picked it up for 500 cash brought it home put 93 gas in it and it wouldnt start. Most likely bc the previous owner ran it completley out of gas even reserve was empty.

I’ve just been told the LT-160 was still around as late as 2003. If this be the case, I stand corrected on what I thought was an accurate fact. Suzuki made these bikes from1990-2005. I have a 2003 that I found on craigslist for $150. It needed some engine work, new plastics, lots of new bushings, chanin, sprockets, etc etc etc.
