Are there any problems with the Hyosung GT250?
Mate had a 250 Hyo as his first (and last) bike. Always having issues with the electrics, blown globes, tacho stopped working, flat battery, push starts etc, etc, etc.. Thanks for all the replies so far guys. I might give the diagnousic thing a go.

Why does my Hyosung GT650R make a buzzing noise?
Symptoms: tachometer reading backwards, headlights blowing when the throttle is turned even a little, a horrifying buzzing noise anytime something electrical was used (brakes/blinkers/so on) and a battery that died when it sit. Solution: New rectifier. This is a known issue on Hyosung motorcycles.
Why does my Hyosung GT250R won’t start?
These including headlights, the loom that runs down the left side just under the fuel tank, and a single plug that plugs into the engine just between the headers (mind my lack of bike knowledge here). Plugged them all (I think) back in. Problem is, now my bike doesn’t start.

Two different mechanics and an auto-electrician have taken a look over the entire bike to find any problems and neither were able to find any issues nor were they able to clear the fault code. One mechanic being a Hyosung dealer. I should probably mention that the bike runs great as far as I can tell, there is no problem what so ever.

However, once the engine is warmed up, the subsequent start fired up without any problems. So the issues is with cold start and not warm start. I don’t think there is an issue with the battery as the bike is just about 3 months old and the lights, horn, signal are working in a good condition.

However, once the engine is warmed up, the subsequent start fired up without any problems. So the issues is with cold start and not warm start. I don’t think there is an issue with the battery as the bike is just about 3 months old and the lights, horn, signal are working in a good condition.
