So the first thing i did was put the spark plug tester on each of the coil wires and got nothing. So i know its not the coils cause i dont think all 3 would die at the same time.

The top position for the e-clip on the needle gives the leanest mixture possible and lowering the clip enriches the mixture a bit every position.
