I {Heart} Hookers. If the clutch grabs off the bars, and you have the proper end play in the cable, than the basket ISN’t adjusted correctly, or something is wrong with the ball/ramp assembly in the side cover. The ball/ramp isn’t throwing the actuator far enough to get the clutch to disengage.
