Test the grounding wire on the fuel tank’s sending unit, which is attached to your vehicle’s fuel tank. To do so, attach the negative jumper cable to the car’s frame, and the positive jumper cable to the grounding terminal of the sending unit.

Lady friends car. Cannot put gas in tank unless VERY slowly sqeezing nozzle. If nozzle is deep in filler tube, will not take gas at all. Removed, cleaned & blew out overfill/vent line. Didn’t see any problems. Same thing. Takes 15 minutes to refill tank.
