Why does my Mercedes C240 have a cooling fan fault?
There are numerous possibilities. When a fault occurs in the cooling fan circuit the fan defaults to high speed. I’ve replaced the engine control module, driver’s side signal acquisition module, instrument cluster, a/c control panel and sensors all to cure the cooling fan faults. The system will require a thorough diagnosis to determine the fault.
