Why do my speakers whine all the time?

Why do my speakers whine all the time?

It is more then likely engine noise. Probably a bad ground somewhere in the system that is causing noise from the engine to go through the electrical wiring. Getting aftermarket speakers with inline filters might get rid of the issue but finding the exact cause would take some time.

Why does my car whine when the Stereo is on?

Coincides with the RPM’s. Only through the frt passenger door speaker as far as I can tell, but the tweeter in the A pillar on that side is missing. It only does it when the stereo is on, but the sound is constant and doesn’t really increase in volume when the stereo is turned up louder.

What can I do about high pitched static sound from speakers?

Might try: 1. shield on the sound card, good idea anyway. 2. try connecting PC power distribution outlet to humX instead of PC directly, for the hell of it. 3. Upgrade cables. FYI connecting the dinky ground wire now makes the noise come back pretty loud, so that’s getting ripped out.

Why is the sound coming from my speakers so high?

I had a high pitched sound coming through my speakers which would get worse with gpu and mouse usage, it was driving me nuts. Optical cables (s/pdif, toslink) are not susceptible to electrical problems such as ground loops and RF interference. Hope it helps someone!
