Everything pointed to the Electronic Accelerator Actuator (that checked out okay as well). After discussing the past few months with the car, we established that my problem was moisture in the R25 sensor (throttle positioning sensor) causing the ASR light to come on and the engine to go into the LH mode.

What i did was to start the car and let it idle for 5 mins , switch off and start her again ASR Light went out and didnt come back on. Also if you dont run the car for at least 15 mins every 2 days , the battery will go flat.
