Why is the oil leaking in my Mazda 6?
This allowed the oil to leak when engine was cold but as the motor heated up it expanded the crimp on the metal washer so it did not leak when hot. Very displeased with the 2 dealers on their response to me about the issue.
Are there any problems with the Mazda 6?
Oil change. No problem while motor was hot but when parked leaked. Took to another dealer and they said oil drain plug loose. It was tightened but leak continued. Contacted Mazda NA Service Rep because dealer said they’d have to charge to replace oil (car is still 1 year and 12K in warranty).

False Reading of Thermostat caused a check engine light, Mazda has issued a reflash to fix the problem. Took the car in for this reflash. Engine seemed to be consuming oil. Told by dealer that the engine oil may have been low at time of manufacture/delivery.

Are there any OEM MAF sensors for Mazda6?
So far, no oem MAF sensors available for Mazda6 from parts distributors. Slight miss occurred. Replaced spark plugs Replace water pump. Dealer had said it had small crack that would worsen.
