I thought it being ebay maybe they are faulty, so i went over to trusty old canadian tire and got an H1 from there and tried to do the same but it refused to light up.
It should be, but they should also be listed under the lid. You can also check if it’s the DRL module. When you notice one side not working (Low or High beam) it could be the module. Do a search for that and see if those symptoms match yours… fix is to resolder bad soldering connections in the module…
