Why is my temperatue gauge not moving after shutdown?
Normal for fan/s to run for a bit after shutdowns as the stopping of air flow through radiator causes a temporary rise in fluid temp–this is computer controlled. Seems you being low on coolant caused the problem. Hopefully it is back to normal but keep track of the radiator level and keep checking for leaks.

Why does my coolant gauge stay at C?

Installed the temp sender for gauge where the original one was installed on the driver’s side head. I also have A/C, so I installed a diode in the power lead to the fans to keep the current from “back flowing” to the relay when the A/C is turned on.
