Why are my controls not working on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee?
2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee center controls not working, help! (Volume, browse, A/C, etc…). Any body have a clue as to why this would just stop working? Hoping for a quick fix, supposed to be 90 degrees today! Se Photo : Anything below the screen is not responding/functioning.

THE AUTO ELECTRICIAN JUST RESET THE POWER TO THE SWITCH FOR THE ELECTRIC WINDOWS. THIS HAS THEN RESET THE COMPUTER AND IT IS ALL WORKING NOW. CHECK ALL YOUR WIRES TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE A LOOSES CONNECTION. I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought from a dealer. It has about 45000 miles on it. Runs great.

The vehicle was towed to the dealer boardwalk Chrysler/Jeep, 1b bair island rd, redwood city, CA 94063, they had not rendered a diagnostic. The contact also stated that the same failure occurred on February 13, 2020.
Is the touchscreen on a Jeep Grand Cherokee working?
Hopefully somebody will still read this thread!…But I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Had the same problem just occur, all buttons on steering wheel and touchscreen work fine except for the center controls underneath the touchscreen. Tried this fix above (pulling and putting back the F49 fuse) and had no success.
