Do you need to calibrate your blend door actuator?
Your blend doors should be calibrated, especially after having work done on them. I find it hard to believe that a place that does the work on blend doors doesn’t have a scanner capable of calibrating them. I have an Autel MS906BT and have had to do this calibration on all three of my DCX/FCA vehicles.

How to make your own door actuator gear?
Replace with zip tie. STEP FOUR: Make your own tool. You will need a 1/4 wrench and t15 torx. Cut the t15 torx bit in half with a angle grinder. JB weld it or tape it to the wrench. It will save you so much time.
How to remove the blend door actuator on a jeep?
Remove the lower portion of the heater duct. You can now visually inspect the blend door actuator up against the center console, attached to the blend box, but the screws will seem impossible to remove! To get to those screws, you must remove the upper portion of the heater duct. It’s made as a clam shell so it comes apart in two pieces.
