Can a sunroof close on a Jeep Renegade?
I can’t close the sunroof, it starts to close very slowly then reverses and starts to open, Ive tried everything pulling it as hard as I can.. and it seems go a little bit then reverse again… I have 35,700 miles on it, but just passed the 3 year mark end of January. Any have experience with his? Any advice appreciated! Thanks!

1. Place the ignition switch in RUN position. 2. Close all of the doors. 3. Press and release the vent switch (sunroof should move to vent position). 4. Once the sunroof has stopped motion at the vent position, press and hold the vent switch for at least 5 seconds to recalibrate the sunroof position.

What to do if your Jeep Renegade sunroof is not working?
If at any point during the following procedure the sunroof does not respond as expected, restart the procedure at Step 1. 1.Depress and hold the CLOSE push button of the sunroof switch until the sliding glass panel is fully closed. 2.Continue to hold the CLOSE push button of the sunroof switch.

Why does my Jeep Renegade have a hole in the roof?
This is just a hazard of opening a hole in the roof. I had the same issues with a Charger I had before the GC. Either the tracks face inside the car which is ugly, or they face up where they risk exposure to debris.
